We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Seal Kit City offers a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused seal kits and diaphragms.

To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be in original, unopened packaging

-Products must be unused and in the same condition as received

-You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note:

-Opened seal kits and diaphragms are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons (these are precision hydraulic parts).

-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Restocking fees may apply on large or custom orders.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at 844-2-SEALKIT or email info@sealkitcity.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
